For synchronised, time stamped information on your equipment’s condition with no interruption to your operational activities, let us introduce you to cost-effective wireless condition monitoring.
Our wireless monitoring systems consist of a range of sensors to monitor speed, temperature and vibration. A wireless system can provide operational information to web-based dashboard displays providing 24-7 access to asset data.#
PCMS Engineering are running a number of Vibration Analysis courses in July and October in both Level 1 and Level 2.
As an approved training organisation (ATO) for the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), we are able to provide technical training in both theory and practical elements across a full scope of maintenance and reliability subjects.
Our Vibration Analysis courses will be held in Rotherham, South Yorkshires, and Liverpool, Merseyside. Our training can also be tailored to your requirements and can be held at your premises or a suitable location – contact us for more information.
Emerson’s CSI 2140 Machinery Health Analyser takes vibration data collection and analysis to the next level with simultaneous four-channel plus phase data collection, and unique peak detection capabilities to identify bearing and gearbox degradation.
With both ATEX and IECEx certification, the CSI 2140 is safe to use in hazardous areas of the plant and allows you to move quickly along your route to safer locations. And now the CSI 2140 is the only analyser available on the market today that is CSA certified for Class 2, Division 2, Groups F & G. You’ll be able to collect and analyse data safely in a wide range of dust-related industries.
For a limited time, PCMS Engineering is offering a number of initiatives towards a new CSI 2140.
PCMS Engineering are proud to announce that we have successfully passed a recertification audit for ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.

The external audit, which was carried out by an independent certification body earlier this month, confirmed that PCMS meets all quality system management requirements under ISO 9001:2008.
