Our Response

In light of the current COVID-19 situation in the UK, the PCMS Eng Group would like to reassure our staff, clients, training delegates and visitors that we are following the guidelines issued by HM Government, Public Health England, HSE and the National Health Service.

With the situation constantly evolving, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any changes or additional guidelines by updating this page.

If any staff member, visitor or delegate has any of the symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. new persistent cough, high temperature, loss or change to sense of smell or taste) they must not visit our offices.

Our Measures

  • Visits are by appointment only. Please do not visit our offices unless you have a pre-arranged appointment
  • On arrival, you will be required to undergo a temperature check, use the hand sanitiser provided, read our Covid-19 policy, and complete a health declaration form
  • Please respect social distancing at all times by staying 2 metres away from others
  • Your meeting will be held in an appropriate meeting room with a specified maximum capacity. Seating will be set out in accordance with social distancing rules
  • If you intend to take notes or sign documents during the meeting you will be provided with a single-use pen that is then taken away. Alternatively, you may bring your own pen
  • To reduce risk, there will be no refreshments available for you during your meeting such as hot and cold drinks. If you require refreshments whilst in your meeting then please bring your own
  • On leaving our offices we ask that you use the hand sanitiser provided and refrain from physical contact such as a handshake
  • If you feel safer wearing a mask, that is entirely your choice – please wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable during your visit

  • If a delegate has any of the symptoms of COVID-19they must not attend the course
  • On arrival, you will be required to undergo a temperature check, use the hand sanitiser provided, read our Covid-19 policy, and complete a health declaration form
  • The seating in our training room will be 2 metres apart to allow social distancing. Maximum learner numbers on our courses have been reduced to permit this
  • Any equipment used by more than one person shall be sanitised before and after use
  • There will be hand sanitisation available and regular hand-washing protocols in place
  • Enhanced cleaning measures will be in place before, during and after every course

  • All staff will undergo a daily temperature check upon entry to our workplace
  • We have completed a ‘risk assessment’, and taken reasonable steps to prevent harm in the workplace
  • Any staff member who does not feel well and is showing symptoms that could suggest a case of COVID-19 is advised to inform their manager and isolate themselves immediately
  • All our staff have been encouraged to arrange meetings via video conferencing facilities, where possible
  • All employees have received a copy of our coronavirus (COVID-19) company policy via email, which is regularly reviewed and recirculated
  • All staff within the facility are to be separated by 2 metres. Where this is not possible, face coverings are supplied and worn
  • We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home, for those staff members that can
