PCMS Engineering are proud to announce that we have successfully passed a recertification audit for ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management system that audits a company’s quality of facilities, people, training, services and equipment.

The external audit, which was carried out by an independent certification body earlier this month, confirmed that PCMS meets all quality system management requirements under ISO 9001:2008.

Retaining ISO accreditation helps ensure that our clients get a consistent, quality service. It allows us to continue to improve and develop the services and products we offer and enhance our customer experience. PCMS has held ISO accreditation for 11 years in a row.

Andrew Chater, Managing Director at PCMS Engineering, said: “The ISO accreditation is a positive testimony to any business and it reconfirms PCMS’ dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

“It gives our current and future clients the confidence that they are working with a company who will provide them with the highest level of quality and service.”

ISO standards are reviewed every five years and revised if needed. This helps ensure they remain relevant and up-to-date. As a result, PCMS will be working towards the new ISO 9001:2015 standards next year.
