THE RELIABILITY VIEW

Where improvements can be made, in relation to efficiency, this then means the assets within the system will have to work less to produce the same. For example, a compressed air leak survey may find leaks that once repaired could allow two site compressors to run in stead of three creating redundancy within the asset landscape and may also result in a significant reduction in load on the running assets. This can result in asset life extension as the overall load and strain on the system is reduced.
